Waiver of Liability

I, (We), the undersigned parent(s), or others in charge of child(ren) hereby release White Sands Academy and Little Pine Chapel from any and all liability as to the compulsory education of our children. We understand that this satellite school operates only as a ministry of Little Pine Chapel. We further understand as parent(s) of others in care of the child(ren) we are solely responsible for the education of our child(ren) and agree to defend and hold harmless Little Pine Chapel, White Sands Academy, it’s officers and members from all claims, suits indictments, or legal or administrative process, civil or criminal in law or equity which may arise from the established relationship described herein above.
